Refund & Cancellation Policy

propzapi is a digital API service operated by Paper and Beyond and billed through Razorpay. This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work. If anything here is unclear, email support@propzapi.com before purchasing.

Free tier

Every account starts on the free tier — 500 credits a month, no card required. You can evaluate the full API, including live endpoints and player props, before paying anything.

Cancelling a subscription

You can cancel a paid plan at any time from your dashboard or by emailing us. Cancellation stops the next renewal — your plan stays active until the end of the billing period you have already paid for, and you keep access and remaining plan credits until then. We do not lock you into a contract or charge a cancellation fee.

Refunds on subscriptions

Monthly and annual fees pay for access to a metered service you can test for free first, so they are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started. We will, however, issue a refund in good faith if you were charged in error, if a renewal billed after you had already cancelled, or if a sustained outage on our side prevented you from using the service for a meaningful part of the period. Contact us and we will make it right.

One-time credit packs

Top-up credit packs are consumable digital goods. Once the credits are added to your account they are non-refundable, because they can be spent immediately. Unused pack credits do not expire. If a pack was purchased in error and none of its credits have been used, email us and we will review a refund.

How to request a refund

Email support@propzapi.com from the address on your account, with your account email and the approximate date and amount of the charge. We aim to respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method through Razorpay, typically within 5–7 business days depending on your bank.
