These terms govern your use of the propzapi API and website ("the Service"). By creating an account or calling the API, you agree to them.

Who operates propzapi

propzapi is operated by Paper and Beyond. Where these terms say "we" or "us", they mean Paper and Beyond, the entity that provides the propzapi service and processes payments for it.

What propzapi is

propzapi is an image generation API. You send a template and data over a REST API, and it renders and returns an image. You are responsible for the content of the templates and data you send, and for how you use the images it produces. Do not use it to generate unlawful or infringing content.

Your account and keys

You are responsible for keeping your API keys secret and for all activity under them. Do not share keys publicly or embed them in client-side code you ship to end users. You must be old enough to form a binding contract where you live, and using the data must be legal in your jurisdiction.

Acceptable use

Do not resell raw API access as if it were your own API, attempt to overload or reverse-engineer the Service, or use it for anything unlawful. We may rate-limit, suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the Service or run up unpaid charges.

Credits and billing

Paid plans are billed through Razorpay. Renders are metered in credits — one credit per image, charged only on a successful render, as described in the docs; the exact cost is returned on each call. Plan credits refresh each billing cycle and do not roll over; one-time top-up packs do not expire. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with reasonable notice.

Availability and accuracy

We work to keep the API up, but we provide it "as is" and "as available." We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, and rendering depends on the templates and data you provide.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, propzapi is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any losses arising from your use of the Service or the images it produces. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.
