propzapi by Paper and Beyond Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the propzapi API and website ("the Service"). By creating an account or calling the API, you agree to them.
Who operates propzapi
propzapi is operated by Paper and Beyond. Where these terms say "we" or "us", they mean Paper and Beyond, the entity that provides the propzapi service and processes payments for it.
What propzapi is
propzapi provides factual sports data — odds, lines, scores and fixtures — over a REST API. It is a data provider. It is not a sportsbook, does not accept or place wagers, and does not give betting, investment or financial advice. Nothing returned by the API is a recommendation to bet. What you do with the data is your responsibility.
Your account and keys
You are responsible for keeping your API keys secret and for all activity under them. Do not share keys publicly or embed them in client-side code you ship to end users. You must be old enough to form a binding contract where you live, and using the data must be legal in your jurisdiction.
Acceptable use
Do not resell raw API access as if it were your own API, attempt to overload or reverse-engineer the Service, or use it for anything unlawful. We may rate-limit, suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the Service or run up unpaid charges.
Credits and billing
Paid plans are billed through Razorpay. Calls are metered in credits by market, as described in the docs; the exact cost is returned on each call. Plan credits refresh each billing cycle and do not roll over; one-time top-up packs do not expire. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with reasonable notice.
Availability and accuracy
We work to keep the data fresh and the API up, but we provide it "as is" and "as available." Odds move fast and sources can be wrong or delayed; we do not warrant that the data is accurate, complete or timely. You should not rely on it as your sole source for any decision with financial consequences.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, propzapi is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any losses arising from betting, trading or other decisions made using the data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.
